So my 17 year old got his Aspergers diagnosis earlier this year. We haven’t talked about it really. My impression is that I see him less comfortable in his skin than before. It was explained to him at length by a therapist. I think we didn’t do a great job of explaining ourselves. I guess my question is - how do I approach the subject? I’m reading Neurotribes to see all the great inventions by people on the spectrum and a lot of other books too. I want to do this right. Maybe a bit of humor could help?
