Hi I am new here ... I am a spouse married 20 yrs . Would like to know if there are other spouses here . My husband, ASD, scientist, is a savant with an extremely high IQ. I am dealing with something fairly new change of events, retirement and a few other things and it's NOT going well . Panic attacks anxieties and he took himself off his meds before I realized .. I am having a hard time finding a therapist that is high quality, so it falls on me to coach him thru these days ... I need an outlet🤦
