Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria — RSD — is a harrowing reaction of our neurodivergent inner voice. It doesn’t matter how real the rejection is, it kicks in no matter what. And by the time we become adults and/or get diagnosed, the RSD prisoner in our minds has chipped away at the walls of its prison we built to keep it locked in. Then the scars show. And the pain hurts. The minimized self esteem shows up in our lives as a very obvious lack of self confidence. It’s like if the anxiety mosquito in Inside Out 2 was a sadist. But thankfully, technology has a nifty solution to get over these pesky emails. ARCHIVE THE REJECTION EMAILS I discovered this when I accidentally archived a rejection email and I’ve been using it ever since. What other novel ways have you found to deal with your neurodivergent RSD?
