Hello I am Chris. I have struggled with my mental health for a majority of my life, including my childhood. Drawing, Writing, and most creative expressions are my collection of special interests. Since 10th grade I have been in a cycle of researching mental health related knowledge. I do this in an effort to understand myself and try to improve quality of life. I do this also so my family could possibly understand why i am hard to be around sometimes. I love them and want to grow more for the better. At 29 years old the puzzle is 90% making sense. I recognize that I may have symptoms and traits associated with: Social Anxiety, CPTSD, OCD, ADHD, and High Functioning Autism. I have had a rough couple of years but I keep being determined to hope for the best. What are the best places to get a professional diagnosis that isn't expensive or too tike consuming? Also what are the best ways to adjust my routine so I am not overstimulated or underestimated? I live in Miami, Florida :) I have trouble focusing on the tasks and following through with many important goals. I spend too much time alone and want to find friends or even a nice lady to be close to. I feel it's hard to find someone I can relate with so I am taking a step of faith here.
