In school I had to do a hospital internship. My main tasks were cleaning and preparing food for patients. It was 4 weeks and the worst part was being followed by a bunch of bossy nurses. I learned that micromanagement is worser than it seems. It doesn't just reduce self worth of employees or interns but it also reduces work speed since you constantly get interrupted. If I become a CEO, CTO or Chief Innovation Officer, I will definitely avoid these things. Have you guys done any interns and what was the biggest challenge you had and how did you deal with it?
