I let myself take a break for about a week. I vegged out, read, and played video games. While I feel like I wasted a lot of time, at least logically, on a neurological level, I do feel a little better. I’ve also been staying away from negative content online and following the “Relieving the Pressure” advice by watching nature-based meditation videos, which helps a little.
