I'm in the class "where to start" and read the book "7 easy steps to motivate someone with aspergers" that came with class. My almost 17 yr old son is probably in defense and is depressed too. He was doing well with learning to drive and then shut down. He did drive last week to pick up a friend but when asked about driving again says no. Before he was depressed he had wanted to make a schedule to practice driving but never did. I was going to suggest we sit down and put in the calendar together so it's set. I was also thinking to write it up and we all sign it. Is this pushing too much? I definitely don't know when it's too much or not enough.
