What do you do to stop catastrophizing thoughts? For me, it rarely gets severe enough to break down and cry (maybe a twice a week but recently it has been every single day), but my thoughts are always thinking catastrophically to some point and I can never stop all of those thoughts nor would I want to. I'd rather just learn to deal with the severe ones that paralyze me and make me break down crying.
