Do positive affirmations work for anyone else with Autism/Asperger's? I have very logical, black-and-white thinking. I have found that affirmations have never really done anything for me. Am I doing them wrong? I do believe them but I feel like they don't really do anything for me. I try to say affirmations to myself whenever I am in high stress environments or whenever someone is mad at me or if I did something to upset someone (whether I made them mad, sad, etc.) but I feel as though I always end up feeling like the bad guy and like I did everything wrong.
