Hi guys, I found the recent webinar on reducing stress very helpful. I was keen to know how I might motivate my 9 year old to engage in things that are truly resting and relaxing and not just consumption based ( TV, Xbox etc). I myself meditate and enjoy nature walks. Trying to encourage my son to do it is very difficult particularly after a long day at school. Any ideas. Thank you :-)
