What tools, apps, resources (both in real life and on the computer), routines, structures, etc. do you use to organize your life, build and keep habits and routines, manage finances, etc.? The reason I ask is because I’m highly disorganized and don’t even remotely have my act together. I’ve been fumbling through life these past thirty-one years without any clue what I’m doing and getting absolutely nowhere. I need to build better habits and build a more disciplined life. I also need to improve my mental, emotional, and physical health. Any tips, resources, reflections, etc. are highly appreciated.
