My son is 30, he works as a custodian at a high school and has been employed there for just about 4 months which is a record for him. He is late almost every day at least a .5 hour -1.5 hours which makes his anxiety symptoms worse, the portable classrooms he cleans are just trashed by kids eating and leaving messes every day since no one holds the students accountable, he is in tears most nights, he really can't handle it. There is no part time position. I was told by the union rep that my son may be cleaning more square footage than he is supposed to or may even be cleaning the supervisors areas because apparently that happens. Long story short, the union he is in asked what accommodations could be requested for him with his disability? Thank you in advance everyone
