My son is 27 years old. He was diagnosed as having Aspergers. He went to a fantastic high school for youth on the spectrum and thrived there. He graduated from our community college and was doing volunteer work but I think he felt a lot of anxiety doing those things. Then Covid hit and his routine was gone. Since Covid he spends his day on video games and researching/reading on the internet. He is stuck, not really doing hygiene, chores or anything else. When I try to discuss it with him, he just retreats or says he can't talk now. He clearly is in defense mode. Where do I start to help him?
