Crying and feeling like no one I know gets it. I live alone and have a job but still I struggle. Knowing when I'm all out of energy is difficult. Also when it's time to just recoup. It's like a cage that I'm stuck in. I've told others this. That's how it feels like. Anyone have any somatic techniques or ideas on how to calm down.
