Hey there I’m new here (36 yr old female) and I have a few questions bc I cannot afford formal diagnosis right now. Is being non athletic a requirement to being an Aspie girl? Though occasionally clumsy, I was *very* involved in athletic teams growing up (even training early in the gym mornings to be stronger). In fact I was the captain of most of my teams despite having scoliosis n’ not telling anyone. I wanted to be the best, and also thought that would make me friends if I was really good. Turns out it actually makes people less want to be your friend if you’re the leader. I am no longer on athletic teams but curious what you’d all think. Thanks!
