HI! My 11.5 year old daughter eats mostly only white foods (pasta, rice, cheese, etc). Fatty, sugary carbs. I've tried over the years to help her integrate more veggies, but she resists. She only likes a couple of proteins and loves fruits (natural sugar). This is a power struggle; she hides and hoards. Gaining weight and doesn't like physical activity. (I can't wait for summer because she will at least go swimming and get on the trampoline). Any suggestions here?
