Hi,I've been reading Surviving&Thriving With Aspergers and Relieving The Pressure. I tried to post in their relevant groups,but none of the content there shows up for me. Anyway,I wanted to ask for advice regarding decompression time. I am doing the walks and giving myself time to just sit and allow the body to decompress and let out emotions. What I am struggling to find though,are activities for rest that are of a longer duration that I can do at home other than reading or the passive tv watching suggested in Relieving The Pressure instead of being on the computer. What other activities for decompression do you know of? And what would be a good clear criteria for decompression activities in the first place?
