I see lots of negative posts about ABA therapy, and I wondered what an alternative type of therapy for very small children looks like? I have a granddaughter who is 3 and she’s really blossomed with the ABA therapy she’s been attending. She has learned so much on how to communicate better, is doing pretend play and really enjoys pretending, she response when we talk to her, she’s affectionate, etc. All since therapy. What else is out there for that age that can help them through their development other than ABA?
