I have a teen who is a suspect ASD. Reading a book about it explains why some of the “normal tactics” don’t work with him. He seems to be stuck In not understanding if he is a jerk people are going to pull away. What are books you would recommend for him, he is in therapy. He seems to feel it is an excuse to act like a jerk instead of learning he is responsible for learning how to be a responsible member of society.
