I have recently feeling lonely. The type of loneliness where your with someone but you still feel alone. It feels like Im not included, like I'm constantly an intrusion. I think half of it is connected to my problems socializing. I've tried talking to my family but the only solution they can offer is to let it go since it's not worth focusing on. Which is true, I have issues holding onto things but I'm not sure if thouse two things are connected. Either way, am taking this to heart, but I was wondering if any of you had advice on how to feel more part of something when interacting with others.
