What are your suggestions for an almost 18 year old who is trying to finish high school (at a slow pace in a more relaxed setting given he didn’t finish in time last year) but is staying up late and not always going to school the next day? He complains of anxiety but he’s also on screens very late at night. Doesn’t want to have the WiFi shut off at night. We’re trying to help with the anxiety and the sleep issues. We controlled the WiFi a lot before. Now I’m not sure how much we should be limiting WiFi given that a) he needs to finish high school b) his sleep problems are interfering with school attendance and c) we want to foster independence.
